hello!it's gonna be a long post.haha, yay!
i'm back after a study hiatus.A levels is the most disgusting exam ever.actually i honestly cannot remember anything of it anymore, although i ended like just 3 days ago.mmm would that be a good thing?
FRIDAY.met shermin after my paper.we ate ice cream at macs while waiting for mr clarence chong, who ended up ps-ing us cos he was probably too nuah to move from his sleep at the library.LOUSY!!!haha.so we bus-ed down to meet mel at j8 for dinner.
SATURDAY.i woke up at an impressive 8.30AM!!!actually my mom woke me, cos the night before i was like, "i wanna go grocery shopping with you tmr!"
later we went for a family lunch at mandai for my grandmother's birthday.it was cool.walked around looking at orchids after that, and there were like 3 really huge and harmless dogs roaming around.
i went home and fell asleep after lunch.and then when i woke up it was like 6.15pm.i was like, oh no oh no, cos i had worship prac at 6.30pm, all the way at BISHAN.haha so it was like, "please mommy send me there?" haha i have cool parents.(:
SUNDAY.it's a SHERMIN day!went for lunch at thompson plaza with her, joel, aaron, mark and adriel.
MEL PS-ED US FOR ANOTHER A LEVEL FRIEND.hmph.
anyway, it's a shermin day today so yes shermin, you get a long long paragraph.(: we followed aaron to his weekly visit to fairprice and got tempted by chocolate, giant pocky and yan yan haha.later we went to ya kun where aaron educated us on what was a tim-tam slam.it's really good actually.haha all the chocolate melting on your fingers.we sat there and talked about life and stuff for a while before we left.went to shermin's place to help her with her art.she was supposed to do some cast thing of a body part with plaster of paris.haha sounds really cool yeah, but it's really difficult.haha we made like ten thousand failed casts that never wanted to dry.it was so time-consuming!we were like going to give up already but decided to give it one last shot and guess what, it worked.the lousy thing took less than 5mins to dry and harden.amazing.so yup, shermin now has a cool mould of my left hand.haha you'll definitely get 10 out of 10 shermin!
aaron came over in the midst of our art creation and he fed us with pocky and educated us from wikipedia.apparently zouk is a form of musical style or something.haha well i guess we learn something new everyday.after our successful hand cast we decided to go down to the west for dinner.called yurong and then ended up with david and peirong too.ate at seven mile the bukit timah market.good food.haha i think yurong was really satisfied.
spent alot of time catching up with shermin!MEL, WHEN WILL IT BE YOUR TURN? haha they're my buddies for my lose-weight programme!i aim to do like at least one physical activity per week.i'm hoping that my running around would lose weight naturally.haha hoping la.
it's the time of the year again!it's time for my end of year to-do list!this time i have like 8 months to finish my list, so yeah here it is, in no particular order.
RACHEL'S AMBITIOUS TO-DO LIST:
1. Clear out my desk/clean my room.haha i actually have a deadline for this.i plan to get this done by the end of the month.
2. Fly a kite.mmm i think this was in last year's list.and in the year before.oh well.
3. Have a sleepover!haha mel and shermin, when shermin's done with exams!maybe yurong too?haha you can always go home at 5am.that's like more than half the sleepover.
4. Build a proper sandcastle.i finally built my sandcastle last year, but it was like just 2 rectangles stacked on top another.i want to built one real one, with like all the shapes and everything.
5. Section dinner/outing/anything.NIGHT SAFARI!haha yeah i know i've been talking abt this since every holiday we've had, but we can really go this time.REALLY.when?
6. Get a boyfriend.haha this will probably take more than 8 months, depending on availability and compatibility and etc etc.oh well, i already said it's my AMBITIOUS to-do list.
7. Night cycling.BONES!!!haha we could do pasir ris to bedok again.
8. Swimming.part of my lose-weight programme haha.
9. Catch up with the clique pple.self-explanatory yeah.MISS YOU GUYS!!!
10. Find a job.probably next year, before i get too bored at home.preferably working with kids, some 9 to 3 job or something that an A level graduate can do.although technically, my highest academic qualification would be O's wouldn't it?
i've actually spent the last 2 hours on this post!i'm seriously out of touch with the com and blogging.
and i'm tired.
