i went swimming on tuesday with bindy and serene.haha i was intending to nuah the whole day at home, but at like 2plus serene called and went like, eh we're going swimming, come come!yup so i went.cos like the swimming complex was just beside my estate.and i had to pay for my 1.50 ticket with a 10-dollar note cos i had no small change, so the machine gave me back 8.50 back in COINS.
on wednesday i went back to haven to visit.haha, spent time nuah-ing in the girls section watching tv and talking to lizhen, then catching up with aunty soohong after that.had honwah's company to dohby ghaut after that.
i made peach tarts on thursday!haha and i intended to meet victor for dinner before band but HE DIDN'T REPLY ME.met timothy instead, and i was late haha oops.cos the peach tarts took longer than i expected.i still don't know how it tastes yet though.then at j8 we met victor!HMPH.
spent today with mel!met her in corps after her sch ended, and we spent nearly an hour deciding where to go and what to do.we didn't really want to go to town cos like the whole world will probably be there since it was a half day for schools.in the end we went to get bubble tea, then to thompson to get oven-toasted food.haha cos i wanted to make oven-toasted stuff, its so fun!yup, then went to her place for movie-watching chick flicks to make ourselves happy.watched take the lead halfway, cos the disc refused to play properly, then continued with step up.left for practice after that.ohh oven-toasted onion rings are quite nice.and i found a new way to eat pasta, with campbell soup!
had a good time with my cell today.mmm, i'm glad for it la.you see things happening that you never expected and God working in His own special way somehow.basically stuff which i could have never done have done to yield such results.
it's in times when i feel helpless and lost that i have a deeper insight to His grace and eternal love.(:
